Registration

In order to gain access to the materials offered on the DiagnomX platform you need to register.
You will then receive your login and password. With these you can log in and access the content.

Registration takes only two steps:
1. Fill out the form to register.
    You will receive an e-mail with your activation code.
2. Activate your account by entering the activation code.

 Username:  Choose your username.
 Password:  Coose a password of at least 6 characters.

All fields, except for title, middle name and degree are mandatory. If you already have your customer code, please use it here. You cannot register without a current e-mail address.

 Account activation:   
 Username:  Please enter your username.
